    These terms and conditions govern the registration process and the associated issuance of ID cards by Samst Prajapati Samaj Gujarat, a community social organization committed to charitable causes.

  2. Registration and Fee

    1. Individuals interested in supporting the Organization’s charitable activities can register as members by completing the registration form and paying a non-refundable fee of INR 100.
    2. Upon successful registration, each member will be issued a unique ID card. This card serves as a symbol of membership and support for the Organization’s initiatives.

  3. Use of Registration Fee

    1. The registration fee collected will be utilized for administrative expenses, including the production of ID cards and operational costs of the Organization.
    2. A portion of the funds collected may also contribute to the charitable initiatives undertaken by the Organization as deemed appropriate by the management.

  4. Membership Benefits

    1. Membership is a demonstration of support for the Organization’s causes; it does not confer any ownership rights, voting rights, or claims to the Organization’s assets.
    2. Members may receive periodic updates on the Organization’s activities, events, and opportunities to participate in various community and charitable projects.

  5. ID Card

    1. The ID card issued upon registration is non-transferable and must be used solely by the registered member.
    2. The ID card remains the property of the Organization and must be surrendered upon request or upon termination of membership.

  6. Member Conduct

    1. Members are expected to uphold the values and mission of the Organization and conduct themselves in a manner that reflects positively on the Organization.
    2. Any misuse of the ID card or misrepresentation as an official representative of the Organization is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of membership.

  7. Termination of Membership

    1. Membership may be terminated by the Organization for any behavior that is deemed detrimental to its mission or reputation.
    2. Members may also voluntarily withdraw their membership by notifying the Organization in writing. Registration fees are non-refundable upon termination or withdrawal.

  8. Limitation of Liability

    The Organization is not liable for any losses or damages incurred by members as a result of their participation or any activities associated with the Organization.

  9. Amendments

    The Organization reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.

  10. Privacy

    The Organization is committed to protecting the privacy of its members. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purpose of administering membership and related activities.
